2 different recoil starter assemblies were used on the same iPower Gas Generator Model AP5000. The 2 different recoil starters are incompatible each other. The total height of our product case is about 1.5 IN. If the total height of a starter case on your OEM Recoil Starter Assembly is about 1.75 to 2 IN, our product DOES NOT fit on your engine. Please double check your recoil starter before you place an order with us. If you are not sure, please contact with us for Tech Support.

Warranty:
We warrant our PRODUCTS against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use and service for three (3) months from the original date of purchase. Please retain the dated invoice as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.

If you are not satisfied with our items and want to return to us, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt before you arrange for return. We DO NOT accept any return without RMA number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost. Customers will be charged 15% restocking fee for the opened non-defective item returns within 30 days of receipt.
